Background and Interests
After spending over forty years in the trenches as a corporate finance professional with various biopharmaceutical and high-tech companies, I am taking a step back to examine the bigger picture of how organizations function and the changes they must make to survive in the future.
Work consumes a considerable amount of time for most employed people. The experience of time spent on the job can range from exciting, fulfilling, and soul-nourishing to fatiguing, boring, and mind-numbing. As a society, we are at a crossroads in the development of tools to radically improve the work experience and enrich the lives of those so engaged. We must seize this opportunity.
